Welcome to Mine Look. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website https://minelook.com, including the purchase of cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, grooming products, gift sets and related products.

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

Persons below 18 years of age should use the website and place orders only through, or with the involvement and permission of, a parent or legal guardian.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, ingredients, quantity, price, usage instructions, warnings, images and other relevant information accurately.

Product packaging, colour, design or appearance may occasionally change because of manufacturer updates. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and device-screen settings.

Customers should read the product label, ingredient list, directions, warnings, manufacturing details, expiry or use-before information before using a product.

The information displayed on the website is for general product information and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Mine Look does not manufacture products at its own manufacturing facility. Products sold under the Mine Look brand will be manufactured by duly licensed third-party or contract manufacturers. Mine Look will act as the brand owner and/or marketer of such products. The actual manufacturer’s name, manufacturing address, manufacturing licence number and other applicable statutory details will be displayed on the product packaging as required by applicable law.

Mine Look requires its manufacturing partners to comply with applicable cosmetic, quality, safety, labelling and other regulatory requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. COSMETIC PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers must use products only according to their labels and instructions.

Where appropriate, customers should perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation, allergy, discomfort or an unexpected reaction occurs and obtain suitable medical advice where necessary.

Do not use a product after its expiry or use-before date.

  1. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

“Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes as required by law. Any applicable delivery, shipping, or other permitted charges will be displayed before the order is placed.”. Delivery charges, handling fees or other applicable charges will be shown before the order is placed.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted only when Mine Look confirms it or begins processing it. Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method within a reasonable period.

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider displayed during checkout.

Customers must not share their card PIN, UPI PIN, OTP, banking password or other confidential payment credentials with Mine Look staff or any person claiming to represent Mine Look.

An order may remain pending until payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must pay the payable amount at the time of delivery according to the available payment options.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy and the delivery estimate displayed on the website or communicated after the order.

Delivery may be fulfilled through Shiprocket, courier companies, logistics providers or other delivery partners.

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and active phone number.

The customer should inspect the outer package at delivery. Material damage, tampering, leakage, missing items or an incorrect product should be reported promptly with appropriate photographs or video evidence.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

A customer may request cancellation before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the Returns or Refund Policy will apply.

Mine Look may cancel an order where fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another legally permitted method.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Returns Policy displayed on the website.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, altered or damaged cosmetic and personal-care products may not be accepted for return merely because of a change of mind.

However, this restriction does not remove any remedy available under applicable law where a product is:

The Mine Look name, logo, website design, product photographs, graphics, text, packaging artwork, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Mine Look unless stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mine Look will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Customers should first contact Mine Look’s customer-support or grievance team so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching the National Consumer Helpline, a Consumer Commission, a court, regulator or any other authority having lawful jurisdiction.
