1. ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway, Razorpay.

Available payment options may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, device, or transaction.

Mine Look does not store your complete card or banking credentials.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability may depend on courier serviceability, order value, product type, delivery location, and other operational requirements.

If any COD or additional charge applies, it will be displayed before the order is placed.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

An online order is treated as successfully paid only after payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway.

After successful payment and order placement, the customer may receive an order confirmation by email or through the website.

4. FAILED OR PENDING PAYMENTS

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please wait for the payment provider or bank to update the transaction status.

Any automatic reversal or refund of an unsuccessful transaction may take time depending on the bank or payment service provider.

5. DUPLICATE PAYMENT

If you believe that payment has been charged more than once for the same order, please contact Mine Look through our Contact Us page and provide the order number and relevant transaction details.

6. PAYMENT SECURITY

Online payments are handled through third-party payment service providers using their applicable security systems and procedures.

Customers should never share OTPs, PINs, passwords, CVVs, or other confidential banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent Mine Look.
